How often should I get my beard trimmed?

Usually every 2 to 3 weeks to keep the lines clean and the volume balanced. If you wear it long, every 3 to 4 weeks is normally enough.
Do you use a razor to line it up?

Yes. We line up with a razor for a sharp, defined finish, then finish with scissors and clippers to balance the volume.
Can I combine the beard with a haircut?
